Thank you for choosing to stay at with us at Stoikite House.Our terms and conditions regarding your stay with us are listed below, when you book with us you are accepting these terms and conditions.
Our prices are for the whole apartment and can include some basic supplies/food options offered on the booking page.
Making A Booking
The minimum stay is for two nights. We will on special request accept a one night booking (low season). For bookings longer than a week please contact us for a discount.
Special Requirements
If you are a person or member of a party that has any special requirements please let us know at the time of making the booking.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS.
Restrictions
- Each apartment sleeps no more than 6 people (two bedrooms and one sofa bed).
- No smoking anywhere inside the building, please.
- Absolutely no pets, please.

Cancellation
Curtailment
If you curtail during stay, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can attempt to re-let your room. If we cannot re-let the room, then you will be liable for the remaining outstanding balance. If we are able to re-let the apartment for your remaining booking, then you will only be liable for the days that the apartment is not let.
Holiday Cancellation Insurance
To cover any cost caused by you having to cancel, curtail or postpone, we strongly recommend you taking out appropriate cancellation insurance.
Non-Availability
We would only cancel your booking if your apartment is unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would, however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this is not possible or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the booking. Our liability will not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival
Please advise us of your arrival time so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Departure
We kindly request that you check out of the apartment by 10:30 am on your departure day. If you require a later check out, we will always try to accommodate your request.
During Your Stay
Our aim is to offer all our guests a relaxing and tranquil stay and we kindly ask guests to respect other guests’ quiet enjoyment and relaxation.
Apartment Servicing
Our apartments are self-catered but supported where required. Typically we supply a clean set of towels mid week during a week’s stay.
Accidents Happen
Please let us know immediately of any damage or spillage so that we can attempt a speedy repair or clean. Spillages are more easily rectified the sooner they are dealt with. Any significant breakage or damage may result in a charge for replacement, repair or specialist cleaning. If the damage is such that the room cannot be made available in good time for the next arriving guests, you may also be liable for loss of income.
Clean Hallways
We appreciate that sometimes you will have wet and/or muddy footwear. We kindly ask that you leave boots outside under the porch. Wet clothing can be left in a designated place to dry.
Items Missing
Any item taken from the rooms without our consent will incur a charge. Lost keys will incur a £50 charge.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
Privacy Policy
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s) and/or booking diary. From time to time we may contact you by email about promotions and offers, unless you specifically tell us not to. Your details will only be used by Stoikite House and we will not share them with any third party.
